Gay & Nude Beaches

There are no nude beaches in the state of Yucatan. There are nude beaches near Tulum and Playa Del Carmen in the state of Quintana Roo. One of the nude beaches is south of Tulum. It is not gay, but has been known to be cruisey.

Beware of having sex on the beach, it is against the law.

If you want more of a gay beach, go to Playa Del Carmen and head north of the city, and follow the signs to Coco Beach. Once you find the bar “Coco”, head north past the curve on the beach. Before you start your walk, make sure you have lots of water because it is a bit of a hike. The only gay owned gay friendly place in Playa is Hotel Aventura Mexicana.
